This applies to digital courses and other digital items actually listed. Listings identify included content and any disclosed access conditions. No unlisted download, certificate or live service is promised. Physical items follow the physical-product policies.
Account and digital delivery
Course access is linked to the purchaser’s account after payment verification and fulfilment. An acknowledgement does not itself grant access. Sign into the purchasing account and check My Courses. Any disclosed access duration applies; neither lifetime access nor access before payment verification is assumed.
Technical assistance
Online content requires a suitable connection and compatible device/browser. Contact support with the order reference and playback/access details, not your password. We investigate missing access and material technical issues and discuss suitable remedies.
Cancellation and refunds
Contact support to request cancellation or refund. We consider payment status, whether content was supplied/accessed, disclosed listing terms and the request reason. No blanket no-refund rule applies; unavailable, defective or materially misdescribed content and statutory rights remain subject to law.
Usage restrictions
Purchased content is for personal learning unless another licence is supplied. Do not redistribute files, share accounts or commercially resell content without authorization. Lawful rights remain unaffected.
