Prices are in Indian rupees (INR). Review the total, taxes, discounts and shipping before placing an order. Use only enabled methods displayed at checkout.
Current payment options
Currently enabled: WhatsApp ordering. No online payment gateway is currently connected. WhatsApp ordering coordinates an order and is not proof of an online payment. Cash on Delivery, when enabled, follows the delivery arrangement. An online provider is not represented as connected or approved without a real integration.
Authorized payment service provider
Where online payments are enabled, our authorized payment service provider processes transactions under its supported methods and security controls. Provider configuration is separate from these policies. Provider-specific disclosures can be updated for a real integration; no merchant approval is guaranteed.
Order and payment confirmation
Order acknowledgement and payment confirmation differ. Offline orders may remain pending payment. Course access follows payment verification and fulfilment; browser messages or screenshots do not mark orders paid. Online status, if integrated, must be verified through the provider before fulfilment.
Failed, pending, interrupted and duplicate payments
Check order status and contact support before retrying an uncertain payment. Supply the order and transaction reference. We check records and reconcile with the provider where integrated. Verified duplicate or excess payments are reversed or refunded appropriately; bank/provider posting times apply.
Refunds and disputes
Approved refunds go to the original payment method where supported and lawful; cash or unsupported routes use an agreed verified alternative. See Cancellation and Refund Policy. Payment-related support does not restrict rights to approach a bank, payment provider or competent consumer authority.
